Pricing questions
Who counts as an active staff member?
Anyone with an active StaffHub account in your organisation during the billing period. Exited employees stop billing from the next cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new merchant account starts on a trial so you can set up outlets and test attendance before paying.
How is payroll charged?
Payroll is an optional add-on on top of your staff subscription. It appears as a separate line on your invoice.
Which payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed through Razorpay — cards, UPI, net banking and wallets for Indian merchants, and cards internationally.
Do I get GST invoices?
Yes. Every invoice is generated with your business details and frozen at creation, so historical invoices never change.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your access continues until the end of the paid period, and you can export your data at any time.
